Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, style, needs, and budgets.
- Design & Drafting: Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and technical drawings using CAD or BIM software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs follow local zoning laws, building codes, and safety rules.
- Project Management: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other building pros.
- Site Visits: Inspect construction sites to check that building work matches the approved design plans
